Free buyer leads...

Today was a weird day. It's weird in a good way because while showing some buyers a $1.4M home, I got TWO CALLS.

Both were READY-TO-GO buyers looking for homes in my area and were excited to be talking to me.

You might ask yourself, “That sounds great; what is this magical lead source?”

To put it simply, it is YouTube.

Wait before you click off this newsletter and never read another one. Let me explain. YouTube is UNTAPPED for 99.9% of realtors.

Ok… that felt cringy even writing but you get my point.

Unlike 99.9% of agents, we are going to work on getting you this untapped lead source and helping you become the Elite Achieving salesperson I know you are!

The set up

When I first started recording these videos I had NOTHING. Well, I guess not nothing, nothing because I was just using my phone.

But believe me, before you start getting into your head about “Oh, I don’t have the right equipment” or “I am not that good on camera,” if my not-so-good-looking butt can get on there with what I had access to and get views and leads… trust me you can too!

You don’t have to be a model or good with a camera like Casie Nasstat, all you have to do is be yourself and give value to the people that are watching!

What to record?

Finding topics to talk about is easier than you think. Think to yourself, “what are people asking about my market”

All we are doing is answering people’s questions, providing value, and making it known that we can help them when the time comes to make that move.

Two huge tools that I recommend and that help me do this are Tubebuddy and VidIQ.

I personally use both but feel free to use one, both, or none of them depending on your business.. I am not your dad lol

But as someone who wants to help you grow, I will tell you, those tools it make it super easy to see what people are searching for, and remember.. if people do not see the video, this is all just a waste of time, right?

Get the leads.

Now that you have made videos you can edit them (that’s a whole other topic we will get into here) and upload them!

Make sure not to oversell but give a call to action with some sort of way for them to contact you, remember the idea is to generate leads!!

It wont happen over night, but this strategy will eventually start bringing qualified buyers to your phone for free and without competition.
